Advanced Personal Trainer and Nutritionist Colleen Duncan has over 18 years experience within the Health and Fitness Industry. In the past 18 years Colleen has trained clients from the age of 12-80, from beginners to athletes and clients recovering from long-term illnesses and surgery. With an infectious passion for all things Health and Fitness and not one to shy away from anything and likes a challenge. She is educated to degree level with subsequent qualifications in advanced Personal Training and recently became qualified as a Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist in October 2016.

Colleen is also a fully qualified First Aider and Defibrillator trained and continues to broaden her knowledge within the Health and Fitness Industry to ensure all of her clients benefit from an excellent workout that is challenging and fun.

Main goal is that each client leaves their Personal Training session feeling strong, positive and energised. She has a wealth of Personal Training experience and her clients have to expect a fully optimised, dynamic programme tailored specifically to their requirements. Colleen adopts a well rounded approach to training, placing equal emphasis on strength, endurance and mobility. Her belief is that a client can achieve optimum health and their ideal physique through the variation of good nutritional habits, strengthening and mobilising muscles and regular bouts of high intensity cardio training. Her area of expertise is in improving mobility and posture but is equally confident training people for a multitude of other goals, from absolute strength training to improving sporting performance or planning specific running programmes.

Sessions are always guaranteed to leave you feeling better than you felt before the workout, physically through her uniquely balanced style, and mentally, through her enthusiasm and infectious drive and believes in making her clients as comfortable as possible so they can concentrate and enjoy their sessions without any distractions.
